Word Up!

The hip-hop event for young people between the ages of 12 and 30.

Word Up! is a bimonthly hip-hop event aimed at young people aged 12 to 30, organized by a volunteer group of about 30 people. The event was developed by Kareem Gazuani and Shaun Figaroa in collaboration with Dynamo/HHL040, as part of the foundation's efforts to promote urban culture and talent development and to create new concepts.

The concept of Word Up! is based on talent development, giving emerging artists the opportunity to professionalize. It provides a stage for local talent and an established artist as a headliner, which has proven to be a great success for years. Over the years, Word Up! has helped many artists take their first steps on stage and establish themselves in the music world as a performer.
